The CHF 100 deposit per person is non-refundable in the event of cancellation 10 days or less before the booking date. In the event of cancellation more than 10 days before the booking date, the deposit is refundable. Service fees (3%) are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and are not deducted on the day of your visit.
We are committed to offering a culinary experience that remains faithful to the chef’s vision and the harmony of the menu. It is offered as a single menu, with a vegetarian alternative including fish and eggs. Due to the setting, seasonality, and complexity of the experience, we are unfortunately unable to adapt the menu to other allergies or intolerances.
